It is my pleasure to introduce JD’s Tools & Techniques to you. The business is designed to give companies an opportunity to build internal capabilities. Our goal is to create an employee development program for anyone wanting to improve their business by developing their ability to support a continuous improvement plan through data analysis. Our company should provide guidance, a forum for information sharing, and effective training backed with current technology and real life experience. We strive to create a culture that drives decisions using data.
The foundation of our training and skill development is focused around the tools to support the Continuous Improvement Cycle. Our energy is purely around developing internal capabilities to analyze and present data to the decision makers in your company. Our commitment is to always tie our sessions to real life situations and offer practical application during each session. This will insure each student walks away from every session with new tools & techniques to apply as part of their professional development.

Our strategy for success is to provide a convenient and optimal training experience. Therefore our training is always in person and instructor led. We do not offer any online training. Our program design is based on more than fourteen years of business performance analysis experience.
In order to deliver exceptional service we travel with all our own essential equipment. We also provide a catered breakfast, lunch and snacks. It is our pleasure to come to any of your facilities or we will reach out to a local conference center in your area. We have contacted many facilities in your area and are confident they will meet our exceptional service standards.
We offer public & private training classes in order to meet the needs of individuals and teams within your organization. Our sessions can be on-site or off-site, whichever is most convenient. In either situation all the computers and essential equipment will be provided by JD’s Tools & Techniques. Our sessions are collaborative in order to take advantage of all the experiences in each session. Every session will have large data sets in order to simulate real life experiences. We also can provide support services including, analysis support, needs assessments, Microsoft Office, and Customer Satisfaction Survey support.
Currently we are offering Microsoft Excel Training, Excel Quick Start Session, Business Analysis Workshops, and Performance Management Training. Any of our sessions can be modified to best fit your needs.
